Few people are reporting   TECHNICAL PROBLEMS with our site, but if you should happen to be one of them .  .  .
Problems on web sites are often resolved by a simple click on your [Refresh / Reload] button, or pressing the [F5] key.  So always try that first.
I can only afford ONE computer, a PC, now with Windows-98.   So, without YOUR help, I can't tell if there are problems on computers that are very different from mine.  Please let me know of any problems you may experience with the color, layout, text, links, artwork, etc. on my site, by filling out the simple Trouble Report below.
Notes:
  • If the fonts on this site appear too large or too small you can correct that by changing your browser settings, ( in both Internet Explorer and Netscape by sellecting "View" on the Menu Bar, then "Text Size" or "Increase/Decrease Font".
  • If your "problem" is the fact that the text runs off the right side of your screen (forcing you to scroll sideways, then this is the result of the resolution option of your computer "Display" being set too low.  To correct this problem permanently on a Windows based PC (assuming that it is YOUR computer), first be sure that this window is maximized. Then, use the measuring bars below to determine what your current Display resolution is :

If this text reaches the Right edge of your Computer's Screen, - >
then your screen's resolution has been set to 1024 wide by 768 high.
( which is recommended, if you have a 15" or larger monitor.)

If this text reaches the Right edge of your Computer's Screen, - >
then your screen's resolution has been set to 800 wide by 600 high.
(the "standard" setting for which web masters normally design their sites.)

If this text reaches the Right edge of your Computer's Screen, - >
then your screen's resolution has been set to 640 wide by 480 high
( Less than 9%* of internet users are still using this setting,
usually only because their monitor is too old to do better, or because
someone with a visual handicap needs screen magnification. )
If you don't NEED this setting, then it would be better to permanently
change your screen's resolution "800 x 600" or even "1024 x 768".

If you are a Windows user-- and this is YOUR Computer--, you can check and remedy this by going to the Control Panel / Display / Settings -- which yields a screen like this :

Screen Shot

Ideally, the pointer under "Desktop Area" should be at least "800 by 600 " or "1024 by 768" (pixels).   Make a note of what your settings are before changing them, just in case you later want to go back to them.  Then, use your mouse to move the pointer to the right, one tick mark or more.   You might also want to select "Large Fonts" under "Font Size".  Then click on [Apply] and [OK] and, if so directed, reboot your computer.
Most people much prefer the larger "picture window" which this change produces.
