TECHNICAL Problems to report :

        This 'Trouble Report' form is strictly for the reporting of technical difficulties.  If you have a problem with the content of any of my web pages, then please go to a specific page where you disagree or have a question and use the email icon you will find at the bottom of that page to email me your "problem", and I will be happy to address it.
        Very few people have reported   technical problems with our site, but if you should happen to be one of them, read on, as we are anxious to keep such difficulties to the absolute minimum possible.

          Please describe the specific problem and the address (URL) of the page(s) where it occurs, (unless it is generalized).  [ Incidentally, I have found that on Internet forms the use of quotation marks often causes confusion, so avoid "s, whenever you are filling in blanks. ]

        Since I am simply a retired clergyman, with no staff and only a basic MAC and an older Windows-XP PC, I can do only limtied testing. Without help from people like yourself, I can't tell if there are problems on computers and other devices that are very different from mine.  Please let me know of any problems you may experience with the color, layout, text, links, artwork, etc. on my site.
  1. Problems on web sites are often resolved by a simple click on your [Refresh / Reload] button, or pressing the [F5] key.  So always try that first.
  2. A friend who was having trouble with his browser freezing up, later sent me the following solution, "I have found that right-clicking on the link and selecting 'open in new window' usually works, and if that fails, clearing out the internet cache seems to reset everything."
  3. If the fonts on this site appear too large or too small you can correct that by changing your browser settings, ( in both Internet Explorer and Netscape by selecting "View" on the Menu Bar, then "Text Size" or "Increase/Decrease Font".
  4. If your "problem" is the fact that the text runs off the right side of your screen (forcing you to scroll sideways, then this is the result of the resolution option of your computer "Display" being set too low.  You can correct this problem permanently on a Windows based PC by following the clear instructions at display adjustments.
